Potential virus from my name being used on an email

Dear All

I opened my email this morning to find an one saying it was from cwportraits - but the email address was from a 'jorgama'. The email title is 'New Order' as does the attachment - PLEASE DO NOT THINK THAT THERE HAS BEEN A MISTAKE AND OPEN IT. I do not know if it is a virus, but it is NOT from me and I can only assume it is a fishing email or worse.
