Commissioning Artwork
To commission a bespoke piece of art, please do just contact me. After discussing your requirements, I will send you a no obligation quote. Prices vary enormously, but for a VERY approximate idea - taking into account subject, composition and complexity, A1 in colour pencil or oil would be about £3000-£5000
Should you wish to proceed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work will commence.
I will be in constant contact with you from beginning to end and am always happy to meet up as many times as needed, to make sure you are happy with progress. When the picture is finished I will either email images, or you are welcome to come and see it. Once you are happy and I have received the remaining balance, I will send the artwork out the same day - unless I am organising framing. There is an extra charge for shipping. You may of course pick them up in person.
If for some reason you are not happy with the image (which I have to say has never happened), there will be nothing to pay, but the 50% deposit and the image will be retained. Photographs must reach me by a time specified by myself if a specific completion date is requested. No refund will be made for late completion of work due to late delivery/email of photos.
Framing
I work with a great local framing shop whose quality is flawless. They have a large stock of frame moulds readily available, but if you are after something different, they will get it in for you. Please just ask and I can show you some popular frames and their prices.
